Once a month, the KMA is transformed, as the world-class art museum becomes a center of entertainment, a melding of art, music, and nightlife. AA5 showcases incredible, diverse musical talent from all over the Southeastern United States. Kick off your weekend with musicians and entertainers as they take the stage with a backdrop of awe-inspiring art from East Tennessee and beyond. Adding to the flavor of the Alive After Five experience, each concert has food available from various food vendors, plus cash bars!

ABOUT SARA VONZINE—
Alive After Five welcomes Sara VonZine to our stage! Sara is a proud Cali girl with a southern peach heart—and is a regional and national sensation because of her vocal talents. Not only did she win the award for Best Female Vocalist from the Gospel Music Workshop of America at the tender age of eight, but she also became a regular singing the national anthem for the NBA’s Sacramento Kings into her early teens before signing to Tommy Boy Records in 1998. With an urban jazz touch to her gospel influence, her debut album, “Anointed Praise” was released in 1999 before the age of 18. Sara has rated on the gospel Billboard charts and has been featured in magazines such as Ebony, Vibe, and Gospel Today. Join us on March 24th and enjoy the WONDERFUL sounds of Sara VonZine.
