The KMA’s highest priority is the well-being of museum staff, visitors, and the community. We are closed right now but will reopen when we can ensure that everyone who walks through the door is protected from COVID-19. We are working on various reopening scenarios and will announce a timeline soon. In the meantime, stay connected with us through our website and social media channels.
Join us for Cocktails & Conversation where Jack Neely, Executive Director of the Knoxville History Project, will introduce two new works into the KMA collection. Neely will share the rich local history of Vine and Central, Knoxville, Tennessee, a 1940 oil painting by Knoxville artist, Joseph Delaney (1904-1991) and Knoxville, Tennessee, a 1947 photograph by Henri Cartier-Bresson (1908-2004).
