The Knoxville Museum of Art is proud to offer quality arts programming that encourages students to think creatively, make with imagination, and learn directly from the KMA galleries and exhibitions. Each week offers new and exciting age-appropriate art classes that will inspire your child. The KMA’s professional arts and museum educators provide instruction in small groups with personalized attention.

Classes are held in the Knoxville Museum of Art within the Bailey Hall, Rozz Martin Studio, and the Kramer Education Center. Morning classes are offered weekly for children ages 3-12 and afternoon workshops are offered for teens 13 and up. Summer Art Academy begins on Monday, June 1st and concludes on Friday, July 24th. Tuition for week-long classes is $170.00 for KMA members and $200.00 for non-members (unless otherwise specified). Shorter workshops range in price from $40.00 to $100.00. This tuition covers the cost of all class supplies, instructors, and gallery activities.

Partial and full scholarships will continue to be offered first come, first served; as monies allow. If you have any questions regarding scholarship information, please reach out to education@knoxart.org.
