Location: Knoxville Museum of Art – Knoxville, TN

Job Summary
The Knoxville Museum of Art (KMA) is seeking a reliable and well-rounded Museum Shop Assistant to support daily retail operations. This position balances forward-facing customer service with vital back-end shop support. You will create a welcoming environment for visitors on the sales floor while ensuring efficient inventory tracking and organized storage systems. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy customer interaction but also possess strong organizational and administrative skills to support our mission of celebrating East Tennessee’s rich visual culture.
